Due to our commercial space of this study is on basement 2 of , we think outside the box and reverse operating, we turn this shortcoming into an useful advantage, in addition to create customers’ value proposition, through the business model 3 by 3 grid programme, get closer and be focus on the customer appearance, comprehensively observe the environmental variable. From micro to macro, we put forward the vision for future and the suggestion for opening plan. “New retail” is the core of this study we add the existing retail scene and the type of operation, re-construction a whole new business experience. Chapter two describes the consumption environment, the scene of business applications, it’s focus on “third place” and consumption space, then using the sharing economy to stretch to the business model structure of chapter three, bussiness model is the ability to survive, and according to the business model canvas, we hope to specifically achieve the customer’s expectations, also use it to explain the points, know your worth, and then make the differentiation, that will be the business model in this era of profit. In the last chapter business model analysis, probe the business model 3 by 3 grid programme one by one, and propose the business model content of this study. In conclusion, draw the fit, we propose to provide the social experience, value identity and participation besides the goods, not only entertainment, education, function, but the daily-life proposition plans can be presented in the base space of this research. By the study of this industry, about 32031 sq. ft. commercial space on basement 2, after the comma, put in the conjunction to create a topic and a story, as a new pop target.
