However, Taiwan named “OEM Kingdom” gradually became low profit in market. The formation of a dilemma because a global economic environment and strong demand. The economic environment in Asia has quickly become easily replaced. Therefore, lots of enterprises leave Taiwan and move to other rosing economic regions, this situation cause Taiwan economic recession. For manufacturing, how to sustainable development is important. We need to save cost and increase competitiveness in order to face the “OEM Dilemma”. Moreover, not only accurately reduce labor costs but technological and development capabilities let managers spend time to think about management. So, the key point is company should set up systematization or transformed system to manage business, that can immediate to get the correctly date. This research focuses on transformed system that how to reduce manufacturing manpower integrate rapidly changing data and zero error data. For now, manpower idle area using collect data, analyze cost to find out section target. After that, manufacturing use people, machines, materials and methods to analyze solutions. For QCC (Quality control cycle) can combined team system development capabilities and these capabilities can solve obstacles which is manpower concentration. The core of system development and operation is Industry 4.0. For example, lean management, AI and Internet of Things (IoT). All of these after connecting individuals to a group should be pre-arranged rules to work. Futhermore, system elements including input, process, output, feedback and interface. After management system become a simple standardization to make sure our target.
