The data indicates that our society is facing a serious problem of a high ratio of aged habitation buildings that are approaching the expiration of usage. Two common solutions to address such problem are reconstruction and renovation. Between the two, renovation is the most popular choice. This thesis focuses on identifying the correlation among the main stakeholders of renovation engineering, analyzing the key factors that influence the management of renovation engineering, and finally suggesting strategies for improvement. The first part of the thesis summarizes the current status of habitation buildings and analyzes the data of the aged ones. The past development and the current status of the renovation industry is then reviewed, and the possible directions for future development are discussed. Through the analyses of case study, the main stakeholders that affect the renovation engineering management are identified. Finally, the correlation between the stakeholders and the critical issues involved in renovation engineering management are established and investigated by case studies, in-depth interviews, systematic reasoning, and causal loop diagrams. The research results are of importance for management of inner human resources and outside environment of organizations. Lin, Pao-Hung 林保宏 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW
