To ensure students learning rights and parents' education options, not only expected the institutional education could be reformed, also hoped that education could be more diverse and open. The " Non-school-Based Experimental Education" obtained the legal basis since the " Primary and Junior High School Act" revised in 1999, and in 2014 thru one of the "3 types of Experimental Education Act", which was "Enforcement Act for Non-school-Based Experimental Education across Education Levels below Senior High School" passed, until now, experimental education for groups were increasing, but related studies were only a few, it was the reason why this study formed. The case of experimental education for group was used as the study object (pseudonym as: Green Field High School), which formed before the "3 types of Experimental Education Act" legal enforcement and continuous operated until now, to study the impact of "Enforcement Act for Non-school-Based Experimental Education across Education Levels below Senior High School" to the group's operation, used the semi-structured interview and content analysis to interview the group's teachers, students and parents, and analysis the group's advertisements, experimental education plan applications and magazine reports, to study the current situations and bottlenecks in creativity of experimental education , also analysis and investigate current students' learning conditions in the group, and the adaptation or development after students left the group, hope this study could be a reference for the educators or parents who were determined to participate in experimental education. This study conclude 3 conclusions below: 1. The impact of the Green Field High School's operation were minor after "Enforcement Act for Non-school-Based Experimental Education across Education Levels below Senior High School" passed, and it helped the school to manage the student's school roll more easily. 2. The Green Filed High School was created by the teachers who want to realize their educational concepts, which referred to the experiences of alternative education in the past, while kept adjust, and make emphasis on harmonious of interpersonal. 3. Green Field High School was a flat organization, senior teachers, students and parents had their own groups which had different jobs to keep school's operation. 4. The courses of Green Field High School was adjusted from the normal junior and senior high school's curriculum guidelines, and designed the citizenship and humanities courses base on their educational concepts. 5. The development difficulties of Green Field High School was the conflicts between the realities and ideas; the future expectations of the participators was balance development of all courses. According to the conclusions, this study makes several recommendations to the Green Field High School, the competent authority of Non-school-Based Experimental Education, the families determined to participate in Experimental education for group and further studies for this topic. 陳憶芬 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 165 zh-TW |
