Education requires teachers to be able to care for the diversity of children, as well as the desire to not give up every child's mission, the teacher's performance should include all beyond the formal teaching of the behavior, collectively referred to as the organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the study of teachers to explore the personality traits, the organizational climate of school is the impact of the organization itself, the organizational citizenship behavior. After a literature review, divided the structure of personality traits into agreeableness, conscientiousness and proactive personality, and divided the structure of organizational climate into working goals, organizational support, working atmosphere and the atmosphere of innovation, and divided the structure of organizational citizenship behavior into organizational identity, moral etiquette, to assist others and work enthusiasm. This study takes the teachers in Yilan County as an example, and explores the research problems contained in the research structure by means of literature survey and questionnaire. A total of 345 questionnaires are issued, 318 valid samples are valid and the actual effective recovery rate is 92.17 %. The results showed:First, some teachers’ personality traits will not easily change the organizational climate of their school. Second, personality traits significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational climate significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, the organizational climate is a disturbance of various personality traits and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study suggest that educational institutions, to establish a clear goal to enhance the organizational identity of teachers to strengthen the organization to support the organization to maintain the enthusiasm of teachers to create a school atmosphere of innovation and innovation to enhance the organizational citizenship behavior, and then benefit the basic ability of students to enhance.
