Taiwan's educational reform policy is one of the current international trends in the development of social change and the simultaneous development of the world. Nowadays, the teacher's work content and work environment become more and more diversified, complicated, and constantly face new challenges and changes, the degree of teacher satisfaction is a very important issue. This study aims to explore whether organizational culture and job characteristics affect the work of teachers in the country. After a literature review, the organizational structure of the organizational culture is divided into bureaucratic style, supporting the consensus type and adapting to the development type. Job characteristics are structural diversity, job importance, work autonomy, work feedback and interpersonal interaction. Meet the building for the internal self-satisfaction, external job satisfaction and career development to meet. This study takes the teachers in Yilan County as an example, explores the research problems contained in the research structure by means of literature research and questionnaire survey, and makes an empirical analysis. In this study, the questionnaire was used to judge 340 samples, and the total efficiency was 91.8%. The results showed:First, Organizational culture has a significant impact on job characteristics and job satisfaction. Second, Job characteristics positively affect the job satisfaction. Third, job characteristics are part of the organizational culture and job satisfaction.This study suggests that schools can create a proper organizational culture, encourage teachers to innovate teaching methods, and improve teaching effectiveness.When the teachers are satisfied with the teaching work, more play education love and enthusiasm, affect the students' learning outcomes, and conducive to the maintenance of educational quality. 張和然 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 151 zh-TW
