At the same time, investor confidence in crowd-funding has been severely limited by the rapid and lack of management of crowd-funding. This paper mainly discusses the investor in the preference of the raised platform, project, and try to understand the needs of investor behavior in the quantitative way to explore the cognitive preference and choice of the project, and put forward Suggestions. The study conducted the questionnaire survey and regained 235 valid questionnaires. The result shows that investor’s top 3 important factors of desiccation are the degree of project risk, platform’s professional degree and platform’s preserved way of raising money is investor value in the first three factors. The research also shows that there is a significant difference between the investors' age and gender in the selection of crowd-funding investment. By the research conclusion: while the platform for project financing should be adjusted, according to the need of investors and make follow-up work, timely disclosure of information on projects.
