Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 企業管理學系管理學碩士班 === 107 === According to surveys from WHO (World Health Organization) and ILO (International Labor Organization), the unemployment rates of disabled workers are much higher than conventional workers in both developing and developed countries. To solve this problem, Taiwanese government enacted laws and offer subsidies, encouraging firms hiring a certain percentages of disabled workers, to ensure their rights to work and to rise their employment rates. The research will be carried out under the environment of job shop scheduling. The research will be processed based on the condition that all employees’ processing times are fuzzy numbers, and the verified numbers of disabled workers, to find out the deviation of costs after having government’s subsidies by using algorithm. Then the result will be able to help make plan for the optimization number of disabled workers in different scales of enterprises.
