Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 105 === Coefficient of variation (CV) considers the spread of data relative to the central location of data, which has been widely used in many practical applications of quality control. Especially, this index is more effective to be applied in the situations where stability is a critical focus. In this paper, we use repetitive sampling method to develop a sampling plan based on CV for lot sentencing. The required sample size, critical acceptance value, and critical rejection value of the proposed plan are determined by minimizing the average sample number (ASN) while satisfying the two-points of operating characteristic (OC) curve. For practical purpose, the parameters of the proposed plan are tabulated for some combinations of quality levels with commonly used producer’s risk and consumer’s risk. In addition, the proposed plan is compared with the existing single sampling plans based on CV in terms of ASN and OC curve. Finally, one example is given to illustrate the proposed plan.
