We looked at volunteers with diversified background and investigate the correlation between volunteers’ environmental factors, work satisfactions, students’ performance and the continuing service intention. We further probe the impacts from volunteers’ intention of continues service. The study subjects are the volunteers at New Taipei City public junior high schools in 2016 and the questionnaire survey was designed as the research method. A total of 211 valid questionnaires entitled as "The Scale of continuing service intention at Junior High Schools in New Taipei City” were received. We next analyzed the data by using the descriptive statistics, the t-test, and the one-way variance analysis. Results of this study were summarized and concluded as follows: First, the New Taipei City National School volunteers in the majority of women over the age of 51, high school education (vocational), the number of monthly service more than 3 times, with the service year of more than 3 years. Second, the school volunteers will continue to serve the environmental factors have a high degree of satisfaction, including "family support" the highest performance. Third, the school volunteers will continue to serve the job satisfaction with a high degree of satisfaction, which "peer group relationship" the highest performance. Fourth, the school volunteers will continue to serve in the student performance scale on the table with a low degree of satisfaction. Fifth, the number of service per month more than 3 times, attached to the counseling room, and no children attend school school volunteers, in the environmental factors scale has a significant high sustained service will. Sixth, attached to the academic office, no children attend the school school volunteers in the job satisfaction has a significant high sustained service will. Seventh, no children attend the school school volunteers in the learning performance scale has a significant high sustained service will. Finally, suggestions are made on the basis of the results of this study for reference by educational volunteers, school units, educational authorities and prospective researchers.
