Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === During the past 20 years, the size of the ROCA has declined to 215,000 personnel by the reason that MND has launched the Jingci、Jingtray and Jingtsui Programs and the not-yet-executed Yonggu Program as a part of a military streamlining project. Due to the facts above, and the possibility of bankruptcy for the pension fund, how to intact ROCA’s professionalism, core values, efficiency and performance is crucial. Accordingly, ROCA has been deliberating the adjustment of the organization and efficiency improvement for the force, Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find the connection between Organization Changes, Organization Commitment, the Morale in the Organization; to provide a review for Organization Changes, Organization Commitment, the Morale in the Organization, based on various feature samples. Questionnaires were disputed online as MND employees being the respondents. As a conclusion, Organization Changes has a strong connection between Organization Commitment, and the Morale in the Organization; Different Organizations and Organization Changes has deep connection with all the factors, however Organization Commitment does not have strong connection with the factors above. As for connection with Organization Commitment but connection with Involvement in Work. Suggestions listed below based on the research. 1.Decision makers have to take up responsibility when facing changes in the organization. It would help strengthen Organization Commitment. 2.Innovations should be made in order to increase Organization’s Employee Morale. 3.Reshape the dignity and value of the military personnel.
