In work places, people use LINE group on their smart phones to cooperate, to exchange knowledge, and hopefully to increase work performance. Based on Team Knowledge Transfer Model, this study uses online questionnaire to collect data and SPSS 22 to conduct descriptive statistics analysis and path analysis to investigate how Absorptive Capability, Community of Practice, Transactive Memory, and Synergy affect work performance after LINE group has been adopted for work purpose by organizations, and whether knowledge sharing and knowledge acquisition have mediation effect. The results indicate that Community of Practice, Synergy, and Knowledge Acquisition are critical in managing LINE group cooperation. Chih -Lung Chou 周志隆 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW
