| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理碩博士班 === 105 === The purpose of this research is to survey and analysis the factor affecting the satisfaction of international tourists visiting in Nghe An, Vietnam. Nghe An Province is the one of the famous tourism destinations in Vietnam and also be conducted to survey research. Primary data was collected through surveys with 200 questionnaires that equally distributed to domestic and international tourist. The data information of questionnaire is processed on SPSS 20.0 software to analysis data of mainly factor such as price, environment, service quality, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The result showed that price, service quality affect tourist’s satisfaction, and the outstanding issues of travel city from which the city government recommendations for policymakers, building orientation and solutions, master planning, infrastructure investment and human resources to improve quality to promote economic development in Nghe An Province, Vietnam.
