碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理碩博士班 === 105 === This research probe into the experience and difficult situation of Taiwan edamame processing industry via reviews and in-depth interview, and we try to forward suggest as reference direction for industry and government. Taiwan edamame has a worldwide reputation and it delivers outstanding value of export every year. But it has been facing with a lot of problems like high cost, competitors from other countries, climate anomaly, etc. Industry should create production environment which is incentive by friendly labor conditions, and quality varieties and automatic equipment to be put into it. And government have to solve the problem of the production is at a standstill with the output and quality will be increased by providing the most advantageous loan scheme and land sufficient for planting.
