Military personnel often have to face moral dilemmas and make choices in these values and facts.The Navy is a high-tech combat type of military unit, but fundamentally, the main elements of the operation of weapons still depend on the " personnel ", military personnel often have to face moral dilemma, and in these values and facts to make a choice.If the officers and men of the armed forces in the ideological fundamentally lack the ethical basis of the military should have more high-tech weapons will be useless, more difficult to bear the important task of protecting the country. The purpose of this study is to study the ethical climate impact of the national organization, and to carry out the statistical analysis model with LISREL. The results of this study: 1. Organizational ethical climate has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. 2. Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job performance. 3. Organizational ethical climate has a significant positive impact on job performance.
