Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 旅遊管理系觀光與餐旅管理碩士班 === 105 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among work-leisure conflict (i.e., work-to-leisure conflict and leisure-to-work conflict), job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction in Taiwan’s securities industry. Based on the dif-ferent emotional characteristics of employees in securities companies, this article uses the questionnaire survey to collect the variables from February to March 2017. A purposive sampling was conducted in this study. A total of 420 questionnaires were issued, and 408 of them were collected, whereas19 questionnaires were excluded. Finally, the data included the 389 usable questionnaires. Subsequently, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regres-sion analysis were employed in this study. The results of this study indicate that work-to-leisure conflict has significantly negative effect on job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction; leisure-to-work conflict also has significantly negative effect on job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction. The results may provide some useful information for further researchers and provide some implications for management references.
