Based on the dif-ferent emotional characteristics of employees in securities companies, this article uses the questionnaire survey to collect the variables from February to March 2017. A purposive sampling was conducted in this study. A total of 420 questionnaires were issued, and 408 of them were collected, whereas19 questionnaires were excluded. Finally, the data included the 389 usable questionnaires. Subsequently, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regres-sion analysis were employed in this study. The results of this study indicate that work-to-leisure conflict has significantly negative effect on job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction; leisure-to-work conflict also has significantly negative effect on job satisfaction and leisure satisfaction.
