| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 105 === National immigration agency often put a lot of manpower, money, equipment and other resources in investigating cross-border false marriage cases. Yet, very few good feedbacks are returned back. As a result, project members should establish a scientific management model to implement the project’s investigation and execution, in order to achieve the most efficient result.
In this research, the model which performance the project team’s result in investigating the false marriage is constructed by using literature review, expert interview. A Hybrid Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making approacg is used to explore the performance evaluation model. First, we applied the DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) approach to show the relationship between performance evaluation dimensions and criteria. Then, DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) is applied to calculate the relative weighting of there performance criteria of the investigating false marriage groups projects. Finally, VIKOR is applied to search for the worst result analyzing indicator of the investigating false marriage group project team, and to propose the concrete improving strategies and plans by using the system structure model of investigating false marriage group project.
