The product competitions are transformed from analog CCTV to digital internet segment. The safety industry is also reaching its peak with the helps from Artificial Intelligence, Internet, and Wireless Communication. This research is based on case studies of 8 Disciplines, and the 7 Methods of QC to solve abnormal symptoms from the production process. It looks for root causes and major factors of the problems and deals with the problems with long term solutions and standards for productions, in order to prevent similar situations happening in the future.
