Many countries are expected to cultural industrial park can eventually become a symbol of the city's cultural brand.
Taipei Songshan Cultural and Creative Park is located in the downtown area of Taipei, which surrounded by tall buildings and have unlimited space. It was designated as "the original base of Taipei City", focus on cultivating creative talents and creativity. But in the operation of just a few years time was a lot of criticism.
The main purpose of this study is to examine whether the current operation and management style is following its original planning. And weather if its current business model and positioning is adequate and clear enough.
The systematic research methods of this study are literature analysis and interview in regard of historical background and current business operation. Furthermore, by analyzing its business model and positioning, we attempt to rule out the hidden issues and problems at the moment.
At the end, this study proposes and points out several solutions in accordance to analysis outcomes, such as to enhance the linkage between the monuments and the BOT area, to strengthen the cooperation among government, enterprises and companies, to integrate the factors of the local cultures and communities. By doing so, it will be able to converge and in rich the diversity of cultural industries among the area, and to incubate the creativities and innovation and boost the interaction from all aspects.
Ultimately, fulfill the vision of "grand park" and achieve sustainable development.
