| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 觀光運輸學院碩士在職專班 === 105 === The aim of study is to investigate the relationship among leisure experiences, leisure benefits and well-being of backing for elementary school teachers. A total of 393 valid questionnaires were collected by snowball sampling method. SPSS 14.0 was conducted as the statistical analysis tool. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, chi-square test, independent sample t test, one-way AMOVA and regression analysis.
The results of this research are summarized as the followings: (1) The highest amount in the frequency of leisure experiences was once a year for overseas backpacking travel, and the mainly category was sightseeing. (2) The leisure experiences of overseas backpacking travel possessed high scores, which would be influenced by the gender, ages, the years of teaching, the position of job, and marital status. (3) The leisure experiences of overseas backpacking travel possessed high scores, which would be influenced by the years of teaching, the position of job, and marital status. (4) The well-being of overseas backpacking travel for elementary teachers would be influenced by the category of the leisure benefits.
