Taiwan’s traditional screw industry is mostly SMEs, but most of them come from the same master. Although they are competitors, they have deep relationships. In this study, the literature analysis method and the Diffel method were used to construct hierarchical analysis methods. Based on the six major dimension of the Micheal Porter diamond theory model, 20 assessment criteria were extended and questionnaires were sent to Taiwanese screw industry experts. Experts integrate the relevant experience of the traditional screw industry of SMEs to integrate the vision of the future of the industry. Further, using the Power Choice decision software to calculate the weight of each criterion is conducive to the analysis of the key success factors of the traditional screw industry. Finally, we hope that the results of this research will help the industry to improve its competitiveness and use this research to make interested companies interested in reference. , so that the related companies get some help in business operations. The results of this study are as follows: The second-level structure of its six major aspects of the production of elements with a weight of 0.294 ranking, can be seen that the screw industry is the most important part of its production factors. However, according to the third-level assessment criteria, the assessment criteria for each facet are ranked according to their weight rate. They are used in cooperation with foreign countries, which contributes to the development of Taiwan's aerospace fasteners and automotive industry screws with a weight of 0.571, which is the highest. Sequencing supply chain strategy and actively signing FTA (0.452) with other countries; industry's ability to control costs (0.361); screw market demand scale (0.334); industrial human resource quality (0.282). The results show that the automotive aerospace screw parts market is the most important part of the industry at present, and the various factories are also developing toward intelligence. This article will give suggestions based on the results. Wang, Lai-Wang 王來旺 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
