碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所碩士班 === 105 === 　　Purpose－The purpose of this paper is to develop a Housing Purchase Support System. 　　Design/methodolgy/approach－In this paper, using Consumer Decision Process Model to derive Housing Purchase Process, then reviewing problem recognition, information sources and housing purchase literatures to make up for the process, supporting homebuyers to judge housing quality by Likert scale and housing choice by Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to derive Housing Purchase Selection Model. Then, using Modified Delphi Method to revise Housing Purchase Selection Model. Finally, this system is based on Prototyping Approach and ROMC Approach to develop Housing Purchase Support System. 　　Finding－This paper developed a Housing Purchase Support System including housing problem recognition, housing information sources, housing evaluation and housing choice. In addition, the results of the questionnaire survey shows that homebuyers are satisfied with the system’s convenience, integration, reliability, and ease of use in system quality; information is correctness, reliability, integrity, conciseness, understanding in information quality, improving making-decision quality in personal performance.
