In this year, Crowdsourcing is a new business model which is a solution of distributed problem. It appoints the mission or outsource to someone on the internet. To finish the mission together, it gets the idea and the source to from the people. Currently, there are many outsourcing platforms on the market. However, they just provide a communication interface and cannot limit whether the two sides signed a legal contract to protect the benefits of both parties. They also cannot set the standards, so they usually cause the information asymmetry and transaction dispute. Based on Blockchain, Smart Contracts and Crowdsourcing, this paper would design the SOHO Case outsourcing platform system which uses virtual currency mechanism of Blockchain to manage the payment flow and the books of each node. Thus, it can unify currency and reduce restrictions on nationality and currency. This system use smart contracts with unit test to replace manual examination. It can verify the API systematically and automatically and reduce the risk of the human factor in outsourcing platforms.
