Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系博碩士班 === 105 === This paper focuses on optimizing the performance and developing frequency converter driver of single-phase induction motor. And this research is conducted by simulating operational characteristics of electromotor with the application of JMAG simulation software and verifying the practical correctness of simulation by measuring the electromotor torque, rotating speed, current with the dynamometer. In order to optimize the performance of electromotor, this paper has adjusted the internal parameter of electromotor by the application of fuzzy-based Taguchi method to improve the efficiency, restrain the starting current and achieve the optimal design. In order to control speed, this paper develop frequency converter driver of single phase induction motor. The structure is divided into two parts, including power and control. When electromotor operate under the base speed, the voltage applied to the stator should be linearly reduced with decreasing frequency. When electromotor operate over the base speed, the voltage applied to the stator should be fixed at the rated value. Therefore using single-phase rectifiers and buck converter to get a controllable DC source, using single-phase full bridge converter to switch a controllable frequency AC source, frequency of inverter is controlled by the 555 oscillation circuit and the converter control voltage by frequency feedback.
