Adult vocational education generally includes three major categories: 1. "For pre-service education", 2. "On-the-job education" and 3. "Transfer education", so the VTC planned in 2001 to "promote the use of institutions for the unemployed Combined with pre-employment training program "to strengthen the combination of vocational training and local corporate employment programs to compensate for the shortcomings of public vocational training so that the use of public resources is more efficient. The purpose of this study is as follows: 1. To understand the difference of learning motivation of pre-service training students with different personal background variables. 2. To understand the differences in self-efficacy of pre-service training students with different personal background variables. 3. Understand the impact of participation motivation and self-efficacy and learning satisfaction. In this study, the questionnaire was used to measure and collect the data. The questionnaire was published on December 15, 2016 to December 31, 2016, and 120 questionnaires were distributed and 120 were recovered. The recovery rate was 100% , Of which 6 invalid questionnaires, so effective questionnaires 114, 95% efficiency. The results of the study: 1.Different demographic variables students, learning motivation with a significant difference. 2. Different demographic variables students, self-efficacy with a significant difference.3. The learning motivation and self-efficacy on the learning satisfaction with a significant correlation.
