A typical technique for producing circular polarisation is to excite two orthogonal linearly polarised modes with a 〖90〗^ophase difference. This paper presents a new circularly polarized antennas structure with Wilkinson power divider with cavity-backed. This antenna with cavity backed to enable high directivity and high gain. The proposed simple antenna consists of the PIFA radiator and a Wilkinson power divider feeding structure. A Wilkinson power divider with its four output to produce a 〖90〗^o phase different. Finally, antenna can be applied to industrial hand-held devices. The volume is designed to be 50 × 50 × 0.8 mm3, less than 5 inches in width of the phone. The antenna structure is changed by a Wilkinson power divider to got desired phase difference. Due to two sets of PIFA radiators with two sets of parasitic radiators to effectively control the current path, also can achieve circular polarization and compact. A parametric study of the antenna structure is presented to further investigate the operation of the antenna and determine the impact of the different parameters.
