Each Hot Rolling Exclusivity has become very strict in quality control and cost control. With such stringent requirements in mind, this paper aims to lower cost while retaining high quality standards of Hot Rolled Strips. This paper makes use of TRIZ (Russian acronym for "theory of the resolution of invention-related tasks"),More Specifically Contradiction Matrix (39 parameters&40 Principles) of TRIZ approach to reduce occurrence of Hot Rolled Strip Dents while at the same time reducing wastes of Hot Rolling Exclusivity, thereby lowering production cost of Hot Rolling Exclusivity. With TRIZ Approach, improvements in Hot Mill are observed, proving the TRIZ Approach is feasible in the steel industry.
