Therefore, this study designs a theoretical model to examine the relationship between the relevant variables and the data are collected by using questionnaire survey. This paper utilizes regression model to investigate two main hypotheses. In this paper, staffs in automobile maintenance plant at Northern, Central and Southern region were used as research sample. The content of the questionnaire is mainly divided into three sections: (1) job involvement (2) job satisfaction (3) job performance. There are 230 formal questionnaires have been issued and collected 222 valid questionnaires. The empirical results show that staff’s job involvement in automobile maintenance plant is positive and significant correlated with job satisfaction. In addition, staff’s job satisfaction in automobile maintenance plant is also positive and significant correlated with job performance.
