碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 財富與稅務管理系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The main purpose in this paper is to explore the relevance of job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance of staff working in automobile maintenance plant. Therefore, this study designs a theoretical model to examine the relationship between the relevant variables and the data are collected by using questionnaire survey. This paper utilizes regression model to investigate two main hypotheses. In this paper, staffs in automobile maintenance plant at Northern, Central and Southern region were used as research sample. The content of the questionnaire is mainly divided into three sections: (1) job involvement (2) job satisfaction (3) job performance. There are 230 formal questionnaires have been issued and collected 222 valid questionnaires. The empirical results show that staff’s job involvement in automobile maintenance plant is positive and significant correlated with job satisfaction. In addition, staff’s job satisfaction in automobile maintenance plant is also positive and significant correlated with job performance. Finally, this paper presents the research results and implications.
