Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 105 === The emergency of museums has not only improved the life quality of people, but also brought in economic benefits. After years of construction and development, this new economic industry, free of chimney or pollution, has created the local characteristics. In addition to undertaking the great responsibility of modeling charms and improving image of the city, the museum has improved the recognition of the city. Furthermore, along with the change of the time, the museum has changed its role from a cultural supervisor to a cultural educator, with its function enriched from collecting, research and exhibition to education, information providing and spreading, and relaxation, etc. New trends can be found also in the development of operation modes. Therefore, it is really of great importance for us to study on the subject that how can the museum use the limited resources and given environment to provide better service and make the tourists be willing to come back again. This paper studied the influence among traveling experience, tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, based on document analysis and empirical study, by taking the Chimei Museum as an example. Tourists who had visited the Chimei Museum were taken as the research object here and questionnaire was made. Totally 400 copies of questionnaires were issued, 372 of which were returned effectively, with the effectiveness ratio reaching 93.0%. Statistical analysis software was used to handle the data obtained and empirical analysis was made through reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive analysis of samples, variation analysis, single-factor variance analysis (ANOVA), independent sample T test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and regression analysis. Findings of the study: 1. The traveling experience (sensual experience, emotional experience, thinking experience, action experience, chat experience) of tourists in the Chimei Museum has positive influence on the tourist satisfaction (hardware facilities, mental feelings, recreational environment, service information). 2. The traveling experience (sensual experience, emotional experience, thinking experience, action experience, chat experience) has positive influence on the revisit intention. 3. The tourist satisfaction (hardware facilities, mental feelings, recreational environment, service information) has positive influence on the revisit intention.
