To find differences between the account officers and bank lending personnel on the credit assessment provide lending personal for reference. This research is based on bank practice on financing review of small and medium enterprises and common credit assessment standard, and ask domestic T bank as the objectives of questionnaire survey. The research lists 20 assessment factors to investigate bank credits officers and banking business promotion AO staff of T bank’s 43 branches in Greater Taipei Area of their awareness of SMEs financing, and there are 153 effective questionnaires, the effective questionnaire rate is 75%.In this study, we apply the dual importance mapping analysis model to analyze the two-dimensional quality attributes of20 credit assessment factors. In the lending personnel’s point of view, the 20 assessment factors reveal two-dimensional characteristics, including4 attractive attributes, 6 one-dimensional attributes, 4 must-be attributes, and 6 indifference attributes. In the account officer’s point of view, the20 assessment factors reveal two-dimensional characteristics, including 8 attractive attributes, 2 one-dimensional attributes, 6 must-be attributes, and 3 indifference attributes.
