In order to improve the willingness of the Air Force volunteers, the effect of the study on job satisfaction and job input by working values, Design related issues, Understand the relationship between them. This study was conducted using a questionnaire, To a unit of the Air Force volunteers as the object of study, A total of 300 questionnaires were issued, Effective questionnaires are 300 copies, Questionnaire efficiency 100%, The data were analyzed statistically, Its main findings are as follows: Work values are satisfied with the job, Work input and retention intention have a significant positive impact. Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job input. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on retention intention. Work input has no significant positive impact on retention intention. Job satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between work values and willingness to stay.
