碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 國際企業系碩士班 === 105 === ABSTRACT The university has a phenomenon on oversupplying, students no longer need to worry about no school can register for, however, the school is facing a shortage of students or even the threat from closed down, thus, it seems to be a very important issue on reducing the student's outflow and attracting the students staying right here. Based on the results of the questionnaire, to explore the relationship between students, students' awareness and students' satisfaction. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. After analyzing the results, the conclusion was as follows: the students' statistical variables has some significant differences from the students' awareness and students’ satisfaction in the study, furthermore, the students’ satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the students’ awareness.
