碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 105 === With the advancement of medical technology, the average life expectancy is extended. The problem of aging has become the most important issue in the world. This study take the in-depth interview to inquire the managing issues, business models and future trends in the long-term care industry in Taiwan. The result showed that the most problems the long-term care institutions face are labor insufficient and the negative impression. In addition, through interviews with the financial and information industry, we learned that the financial industry provided the needs of the Aged People Caring Trust and long-term care insurance. The information technology provides long-distance services to enrich the life of the elderly.
