Three adult females qualified for the research inquiry were selected through purposeful sampling. All three participants are daughters of a businesswoman, mothers and wives, and have their own careers. Each participants received two semi-structural in-depth interviews. Six interview verbatim reports were acquired. Data were analyzed with thematic analysis. The researcher’s perspective and interpretative experiences were in the process of adaption and integration in the course of peer-reviews, consultation with the researcher advisor, and member’s checking. The research findings revealed four themes: 1.Raised by dual-career mothers, participants were able to develop a more flexible perception on their female role in terms of choice between work or family, as well as philosophy in finance. 2.Growing up with freedom and space created by the mothers’ absence, the daughters developed a good sense of autonomy and appreciation of quality mother-daughter relationships. 3.Role shift to be a parent prompted reprioritization of family and work. 4.Regulation and coordination among work-family conflicts, mothers, works, spouses, and themselves Suggestions were made for women with dual-career, educators, helping professionals, and other research communities who were interested in this topic.
