Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in personality traits, resilience and well-being of teachers with administrative tasks in elementary school in Taoyuan City, as well as to compare the differences resulted from background variations, and to analyze the relations and the predictive power among personality traits, resilience and well-being. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of descripative statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple simultaneous regression. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The teachers with administrative tasks in elementary school in Taoyuan City generally have five personality traits, and the agreeableness was the highest. There was the high degree of total resilience, and the social support was the highest. As well as the degree of well-being was high. 2.The teachers with administrative tasks of different background variables, such as gender, age, years of teaching, working position, years of administration reached significant difference toward personality traits. The teachers with administrative tasks of different background variables, such as highest degree of education, years of teaching, working position, years of administration reached significant difference toward resilience. The teachers with administrative tasks of different background variables, such as gender, working position, years of administration reached significant difference toward well-being. 3.Significant positive correlations were found between the teachers with administrative tasks’ personality raits and resilience, personality traits and well-being, resilience and well-being. 4.Personality traits of the teachers with administrative tasks could mainly predict sources of well-being, and the stability was the strongest predictor. Resilience could mainly predict sources of well-being, and the personal competence was the strongest predictor. Personality traits could mainly predict sources of resilience, and the conscientiousness was the strongest predictor. Finally, based on the conclusions above, this study provided related suggestions for the institute of educational administration, school administrative teams, teachers, and future studies.
