This study used convenience sampling method to gather data. The participants are kindergarten teachers of elementary school in New Taipei City. There are 405 valid questionnaires. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings are as follows: 1.The results show the highest score is face-to-face, the second is telephone, followed by paper contact book and the lowest score is social media in the parent-teacher communication self-efficacy. 2.In the face-to-face communication, the parent-teacher communication satisfaction is significantly correlated to teacher’s highest education level and length of service. 3.In the paper contact book communication, parent-teacher communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction are correlated to teacher’s highest education level, the development of teacher, length of service, the size of kindergarten and the frequency of internet use. 4.In the telephone communication, parent-teacher communication self-efficacy is correlated to teacher’s age. 5.In the social media communication, parent-teacher communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction are correlated to the development of teacher, the class of different age, the size of kindergarten and the frequency of internet use. 6. In these four communication medium, parent-teacher communication self-efficacy are significantly correlated to communication satisfaction.
