Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate implementing inclusive education in classroom management and teaching efficiency. Questionnaire survey method was employed in this research. The survey tool was self-designed a questionnaire “the Relationship between Classroom Management and Teaching Efficiency of Inclusive Education of Elementary School Tutors”. There was 374 copies of the questionnaire which were sent to 20 elementary schools in Danshui, New Taipei City and 303 returned copies were valid. The returned rate reached 81.02%. The data were analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation for statistical analysis.
The results were as the following:
1.The level of classroom management of inclusive education by tutors was highly expressed in average. Among them, the highest level of classroom management was “teaching environment”.
2. The level of teaching efficiency of inclusive education by tutors was also highly expressed in average. Among them, the highest level of teaching efficiency was “course teaching”.
3.There were significant differences in classroom management of inclusive education by tutors on the part of the background variables of gender, the highest education, special education and the number of the classes in one school.
4. There were significant differences in teaching efficiency of inclusive education by tutors on the part of the background variables of gender, age, the highest education,.primary school grades and classified students.
5. There was a positive correlation between classroom management and teaching efficiency of inclusive education by tutors.
