The questionnaires were distributed to Taiwanese flight attendants of China Airlines. A total of 500 questionnaires were issued and 470 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistics were analyzed by cross-counting table, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test and single factor variance. After analysis, the main results are as follows: There is no significant difference in the demographic variables of the flight attendant's in the dignity of the work values (honor value). Social value, safety and economic orientation (health value), leisure and health orientation (health recreation value), stability and freedom from anxiety (life value) were significantly different in other aspects. This study found that the working values of different age generations have different orientations; especially the working values of young flight attendants under the age of 25 are very different from those of other age flight attendants. The impact of the generation difference is colliding in the China Airlines' crew group. In addition, the maintenance of their own rights and interests of the flight attendants is also rising and the means of negotiations with the airline more and more strong attitude. The strong self-awareness of the flight attendants makes the management model and communication methods of the management highly challenging and criticized. Finally, according to the data analysis results, can make recommendations to China Airlines, and it is expected to be helpful to the work of the flight attendants and follow-up researchers.
