Thus, this study explores service design, user experience, interface design and information design of a service information system for the air-conditioning dealer, which may provide a better communication and management platform between company stakeholders. The literature review is conducted especially on the information system planning and interface design, which has provided the basis for constructing the information interface design elements of the service information system. Then, this study conducts interviews to both air-conditioning dealers and the manufacturer, from which the information interface design elements are justified based on their cognition and opinions. Finally, the final version of this information system interface design is tested as a usability assessment by twenty dealers. The result shows all interface elements are significant to the dealers. The result of this study shows that there is a significant correlation between customer management, order management, logistics information, warehousing management, maintenance services, and sales conditions. The main findings of this study include: 1. the higher the degree of service provided by the manufacturer, the greater the satisfaction of the dealer and the willingness to cooperate for a long time; 2. the use of air-conditioning industry dealer service information system can help the dealers to solve service problems, reduce error rate and working hours as well as improve efficiency. Eventually, this study has provided a new information system interface design for the air-conditioning dealers, which can contribute a quality service to both the customers and dealers.
