Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === This study was a discussion about resource integration of primary and middle schools Off- Islands. The author focused on Jing-Heng junior & elementary school and investigated four aspects of educational resources including personnel, materials, funds, and teaching resources to figure out the current level of resources and the progression of resource integration. The research utilized SWOT Analysis to analyze the future development of the school and did qualitative research through in-depth interviews. We also did further research on the problem of resource integration and possible strategies based on teaching condition and the environment of the outlying islands by using MAXQDA. Followings are the research result: I. Progressions of resource integration that already had a significant effect. i. Sufficiency of funds and equipment after the integration program. ii. Utilization of limited faculty in the different department including teachers. iii. Specialty classrooms and public spaces sharing. iv. Usage of the community resources after the program. v. The combination of the social resources between neighboring islands. II. Progressions of resource integration that still need improvements. i. Personnel: The lack of teachers, parent volunteers, and students. ii. Materials: The insufficiency of campuses, labs, and specialty classrooms. iii. Funds: The shortage of financial resources such as donations and funds which complicating the control of travel expenses. iv. Teaching resources: Difficulties in distribution and preservation of educational materials. III. Possible educational resource integration strategies for Jing-Heng junior &elementary school: i. Internal integration of resources: Improve the bridge program between elementary and Junior level, provide professional communication between teachers, Integrate the limited campuses, lab, and classrooms, and develop the distinguishing feature of the school. ii. Resource sharing between schools: utilize teacher and faculty exchange system, promote the cooperation of schools in the rural and urban area including exchange student program and social resource sharing. iii. Educational Policy: Customize the funding policies for outlying islands.
