Followings are the research result: I. Progressions of resource integration that already had a significant effect. i. Sufficiency of funds and equipment after the integration program. ii. Utilization of limited faculty in the different department including teachers. iii. Specialty classrooms and public spaces sharing. iv. Usage of the community resources after the program. v. The combination of the social resources between neighboring islands. II. Progressions of resource integration that still need improvements. i. Personnel: The lack of teachers, parent volunteers, and students. ii. Materials: The insufficiency of campuses, labs, and specialty classrooms. iii. Funds: The shortage of financial resources such as donations and funds which complicating the control of travel expenses. iv. Internal integration of resources: Improve the bridge program between elementary and Junior level, provide professional communication between teachers, Integrate the limited campuses, lab, and classrooms, and develop the distinguishing feature of the school. ii. Resource sharing between schools: utilize teacher and faculty exchange system, promote the cooperation of schools in the rural and urban area including exchange student program and social resource sharing. iii.
