It analyzes teachers with different backgrounds and how it may differ according to teachers’ beliefs and job involvement. It probes into the relationship between teachers’ beliefs and job involvement; in addition, it discusses job involvement in anticipation of teachers’ belief. This research studies N primary school as the subject case by deploying a general investigation of 130 teachers. The total number of surveys for this research is set at 130. The survey achieved a 100% return with fully completed responses. Surveys used in this research—‘Teachers' Belief and Job Involvement of the N Primary School in Changhua County’— is designed by the researcher which applied descriptive statistics, t-test, nonparametric statistics, Pearson Product-Moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis in order to produce efficient test result analyses. This research has concluded the following results: 1.Teachers’ beliefs and job involvement tend to land on positive results which means a medium or high level. 2.Teachers’ gender resulted in significant differences in teachers’ beliefs in both ‘teaching assessment’ and ‘teacher - student relationship’ levels. 3.Teachers’ age resulted in a significant difference in teachers’ beliefs in ‘teacher-student relationship’. 4.Every aspect of teachers’ beliefs showed positive correlation with overall job involvement. 5.Teachers’ beliefs, which are constructed into two levels here, are ‘teacher-student relationship’ and ‘performing teaching material’ formed a significant prediction of job involvement. Keywords: teachers’ belief, job involvement LIN,MEI-HUI 林美惠 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 137 zh-TW |
