Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 企業高階管理碩士班 === 105 === The present study investigates the levels of teachers' job satisfaction and differences of teachers' job satisfaction with their background variables. Data were collected from 130 teachers from the Conan primary school in Changhua County using a general survey sampling method. The valid return rate is 100%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA for further statistical test. The results of the study of the case schools are as follows:
1. Teachers' job satisfaction as a whole is of moderate satisfaction.
2. The most satisfying job for teachers is the "work itself", followed by the "interpersonal relationship", "working environment", "professional training", and "school administration". In contrast, the most dissatisfied is the "work remuneration".
3. In this study, teachers with different teaching years have significant differences in the job satisfaction of the "work itself", and the job satisfaction of teachers with 10 years or less is higher than 21 years or more (inclusive).
4. There were no significant differences among groups with respect to demographic data (gender, age, marital status, education, whether it is an administrative service or not, and teaching with different student's grade stage) in teachers' job satisfaction.
