It has been changing a lot according to lifestyles and demands change. Since most of them are being constructed according to the classical, and template designs models nothing prominent, typically it could not need the expectations for customers. For facing the further impact and future trends, the innovative thinking to become an important key factor for breaking the market competition. This study will combine the experience of consumers with their personal concepts and needs on the aspects of internal structure and characteristics, external landscape and the overall community landscape features, with such highly participation on residential construction process the competitive advantage would be available and get rid of the competitors. With integration of literature review and expert opinions, three criteria and twelve sub-criteria and their correlated weights have been obtained, via using the combination calculation of Fuzzy Delphi (FDM), Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis (FAHP) and similarity integration (SAM) methods, for Unique Residential Housing Construction. The results shown that the "External Characteristics Criteria " is the key criteria. The first six sub-criteria account for 81% weights of the total. The results of this study hope to be an important reference for the successful operation of unique residential housing construction business.
