The questionnaires have been composed and surveyed by all the employees of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group. This research used quantitative methods, using questionnaires to interview and use the SPSS 20.0 application to analyze the results. Total 545 survey have been delivered on 25/7/2016 and get back on 25/8/2016 with 487 qualified survey, equivalent 89.3%. Based on the result from research, there are 4 factors that affect directly to the employee satisfaction in Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group: Teamwork, Job Promotion, Payment, Work Condition. First. The teamwork is the most factor impact on Employee Satisfaction in Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group. Second, Job promotion factor, Hoang Anh Gia Lai should provide advancement opportunities for employee to encourage them to work hard. Three, with Payment factor, Hoang Anh Gia Lai should build up salary budget for each group which can pay be paid for high potential in Hoang Anh Gia Lai group. Fourth, with Work condition factor, Hoang Anh Gia Lai should make a creative space for work to help employee can contribute more and more. From the result of regression analysis, two factors Teamwork and Job Promotion have higher beta coefficient, provides employee satisfaction. For Job Promotion, the managers should provide advancement opportunities for employee to encourage them to work hard and allow employee to attend the training courses, seminars to strengthen their own profession. It is similar with Teamwork, company should create an open and friendly environment, let the new comer and the old one has many times to working together as well as have the outside activities which could improve the relationship between coworker in company, let the employee see the company like their second home and coworker like their second family. This research analyzed the employee satisfaction in Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group only, therefore, the result was limited in small group and covered only a specific number of employee.
