ERP system is a project worthy of investment. In order to successfully import ERP system, in addition to adequate resources and time, it is more important to master the practice of imported cases in the past experience.
The purpose of this study is to participate in a number of enterprises to participate in ERP practical experience, responsible for the preparation and revision of the project plan, on-line status of the inspection and regular review, determine the system on-line priorities and timelines, regular meetings to supervise the progress of the project , Implementation and work outcomes.
This study uses the case study method to actually participate in the enterprise's ERP system implementation and explore the relationship between the interaction between the development member and the user in the ERP system import process and explore the different interaction patterns . This paper uses case analysis method to explore the key performance indicators in the process of enterprise ERP implementation, and discusses the questionnaires and literatures to collect the data. It is expected that this research will provide more attention to the system import process.
