The purpose of this study is to construct the retail Business Model of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0. And then compare the difference of Business Model. This study uses a Case Study to take the firm, RT-Mart, PChome, and PChome as representatives of Retail sales 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and by books, periodicals, papers, internet data, local observation, access, shooting, data collection, and then the data in the Business Model of nine items analysis. The analysis found that Retail sales of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, from face to face to the internet to buy goods to the face of the machine, the no one store has saved the owner's cost of personnel. Breaking the traditional concept of the store purchase, and Retail 4.0 and the past Retail 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 difference is also very large, Retail 1.0 small quantity purchase price high, the price of a large number of goods is low. The network mall has no rent price, but the Retail 4.0 combined 2.0 and 3.0, so that consumers can order on the Internet, and then to collect the goods again, and the future can be considered with the convenience of the convenience store, to allow consumers to collect goods. Even with the cargo to be able to live distribution to the destination, to make consumers satisfied also let the profit of the store to increase, the cost of the cost.
