No matter what the size of nation or government is, she will take the viewpoint of the level of intra-region. If a country wants to pursuit more influence in the region and try to become a regional power, she will take the viewpoint of the level of inter-region to make her national security strategy. When a country has world influence power, which will focus on global regional political relationship, makes national strategy with global strategy viewpoint. The importance of Taiwan in Asian region political, because it is involved cross-strait relations, and the development of global powers, became the focus topic of regional political research. Those who care about global strategy development, no matter from politics, economics or military field, all of them can’t ignore the global influence and under estimate the influence of global strategy layout of East Asia affairs in the future. Taiwan located on the vital position of first island chain, so that the importance of its strategy value is self-evident. If China take control Taiwan, that will keep sea territory secure. If China loses control of Taiwan, it will limit the strategic depth of China and make China can’t go to the blue, which also deeply influent China’s politic, economic and military development. If China occupies Taiwan, the influence and national interest of U.S and Japan will be restricted. We try to take the development trend of Asian countries as basic view to analysis the value of international politics, economics, and military strategy of Taiwan and the impact of these three aspects in Asia-Pacific region, and the national security, survival, interest of Taiwan in this situation, and how to make national strategy. We hope that our research can have some contributions to help to make national strategy of Taiwan as reference.
