The relationship between soil loss and elevation in Taichung Darken Scenic Area was analyzed. According to the results, the elevation between 100 and 600m, the average amount of soil loss is between 22.18 and 100.07 (m3/ha/year), the elevation between 600 and 900m, the average amount of soil loss is between 109.08~118.85 (m3/ha/year). The soil loss was increased with the increase of elevation significantly. However, when the elevation is more than 600m, the increase rate of soil loss is slowing down. Nonlinear regression results showed that, soil loss amount and elevation have significant correlated with R2 = 0.99. 林俐玲 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
